You have to visit Health Zone once for assessment of your current fitness/ medical status. Thereafter an Exercise schedule will be prepared as per your capacity, age, medical problems & limitations, needs & fitness aspirations, daily routine & amount of time one can devote etc.
Further, you will be guided & made to do all the exercises as per schedule under the supervision of an expert trainer. This is to ensure your safety & to see that all moves are done in the right way. Now you will work-out on your own at home or office & can get back to us once every month for upgraded/modified schedule.
