I was being referred to SGPGI by my family doctor for cardiac problem twice ( in 2001 and there after in 2003). In the 2nd time, I was detected mild positive for reversible ischemia. Dr. consoled me by saying that this is only an alarm and I can get rid of this problem by reducing my weight, which was above stand and normal to my sedentary life style when I came to Health Zone, the feedback I got from their counselor was that my structure is good and I can reduce weight very easily. This made me think positive as saying goes like " If you think you can do a thing, you might." If you think you can not do a thing. You are light."
Once I started thinking positive rest of the process was not difficult. Once I started reducing the weight. I felt much motivated. Health Zone helped me to think positive, motivated me to stick to their restructured nutrition plan and the combination of all efforts enabled me to reduce the weight up to 18 K. g.
All of my colleague have congratulated me on my changed structure and I hope that this process of transformation will continue through the life.
